We invite you to join us for a spectacular evening as we honor and celebrate the extraordinary women of our community who have steadfastly contributed to our rich Hellenic heritage–Women of resilience, courage, dignity and creativity, that excelled in Commerce, Philanthropy, Medicine, Arts, Education and more over the last 100 years.

Share your pictures and stories of the extraordinary women in your life as we continue our mission of gathering photographs that document our heritage.

Become a Donor

If you would like to donate in honor of the exceptional women in your life, especially the women whose photos you have shared with us, for $50 we will include your name in the Program Booklet prepared for the evening.

Donor packages for supporters of the event and the organization are available at all levels, beginning at $100.

Please put your name on the file and a number if you are sending more than one.

3. Tell us about each photo

Please give us the following information (download the submission form or fill out a sheet, scan it or photograph it and send it along with the photo).

  1. Title (Name of person, group or activity)
  2. Names or importance of people in the photo
  3. Reason for submission
  4. Date of the picture (to the best of your knowledge)
  5. Location of photo
  6. Submitted by (your name and phone number)
  7. Has the photo ever been published? If so, where?
  8. Do you have the rights to this photo?
  9. Do you give GAHSP the rights to publish your photo and to put it in our archives?

How to send photos and submission forms to GAHSP

  1. Please email them to us at phototour@gahsp.org
  2. If the file is larger than 10 MB and your email program won’t send it, use WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any service allows you to include a link to your files in your email.
  3. Anytime you are having a problem, please call Cheri Christakis at (610)644-8850 or Nick Yiantsos at (609) 670-2749.

RELEASE

By submitting your photo, you warrant you are the owner of the photo, you waive all rights to compensation, and you hereby grant GAHSP permission to use, display, or publish the submitted photo in any and all of GAHSP’s publications, promotions, and campaigns, including public and private exhibits, magazines, websites, Facebook or any other similar social network, or broadcast, and any other print or other media outlet, and to publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing the GAHSP’s programs, exhibits, or for any other lawful purpose, without payment or any other consideration.
