Rev. George Nassis

Rev. Nassis was appointed as Greek School Teacher for the Reading Community in the late 1920’s. In 1929, he was ordained a priest and his first parish was in Reading. He was very spiritual, a good educator, and a fine priest.

It has been more than 50 years since he left Reading and many years since his death, but he is still fondly remembered by all those children that he taught and who are now advanced in their years.
