2013/2014 Strategic Plan Development

The planning committee has been actively meeting and working to develop a strategic plan for the Heritage Society for 2013/2014. The plan will detail administrative and organizational development actions, key projects in creating and preserving regional archives, developing the historic record of the Greek community in greater Philadelphia, and providing cultural activities for adults and youth that showcase the importance of our Greek heritage.
The plan will also detail the proposed changes in corporate governance and the development of a formal Board of Directors.
The plan will be posted on our website once it has been approved.
